Do not reveal your password(s) over phone/email etc. to any person including Bank. Always log out properly before closing the window.

Change your password(s) regularly. Keep your password a combination of alphabets, special characters and numbers.

|
Use virtual keypad for logging when you are not using your own PC. There might be a risk of capturing your KEY STROKES.

|
Immediately change your passwords if you have accidentally revealed your credentials.
|

|
Never enter login or other sensitive information in any pop up window.

|
Don’t click on website links/attachments in un-known/suspicious emails. These links may take you to replica of bank’s website and ask for keying in your User Id and password(s).

To ensure safe and genuine login, always enter bank’s website through www.unionbankofindiauk.co.uk or simply type the URL www.unionbankonline.co.uk in the address bar.

Our bank does not ask for details of your account/password(s). Therefore anyone asking you information pretending to be from the bank/technical team may be fraudulent entities, so please beware. You should know how to operate online transactions and if you are not familiar you may refrain from doing so. You may seek bank’s guidance in this regard. Bank is not responsible for online transactions going wrong. We shall also not be responsible for wrong transactions and wanton disclosures of details by you.
